COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
We add vegetable oil to a deep frying pan or fryer, wait until it boils, and put it in the boiling oil. Fry for a few minutes until a ruddy crust forms
- 4-5 minutes on each side until reaching 72 °C inside
- Fry in a deep fryer for 5-6 minutes at a temperature of 160 °C until crispy.
