Delivery and Payment — Green Go

Payment

  • WayforPay (online card) — instant payment. A commission of +2% is added to the order total.

  • Bank transfer (IBAN) — payment details are visible only during checkout.
    We do not ship orders without prepayment. After payment is received, the order is processed.

Delivery

  • Shipments are made using the carrier "Nova Poshta" from the Green Go warehouse (Kyiv).

  • Shipments take place on business days — Monday to Friday. All purchases placed on Saturday and Sunday are shipped on Monday.

  • Free delivery to Nova Poshta parcel lockers and branches for orders from 2000 UAH.

Packaging options

  • Thermobox (recommended for frozen products) — we guarantee delivery in a chilled state. Note: the temperature guarantee is valid only if you collect the parcel on the day it arrives at the Nova Poshta branch.

  • Thermal film (recommended for chilled products) — we are responsible for product safety but not for the appearance of the packaging.

  • No packaging — we do not guarantee temperature preservation or the appearance of the product.

Recommended for frozen products. Helps keep the order chilled during delivery.

Recommended for chilled products. We keep food safety in mind, but external appearance may vary during delivery.
